I usually employed to run in place at home everyday for about 8 minutes, but I got an answer on here yesterday that I must do it for 20 minutes instead, so I did.<br />
But are not you supposed to do cardio for THIRTY minutes a day? What really should I do for the remaining 10 minutes? And please preserve that to cardio and at property exercises.<br />

I want to do cardio but I actually dont have time to in the evenings simply because I take fighting classes (Judo/grappling) so its a really strength heavy training. Is it ok to do cardio in the mornings? 8am and then do intense physical activity at night 6pm or is that overdoing?<br />
Cardio in trying to do in the mornings is light cardio.</p>

My question is that i go to the gym and weightlift alot and I am fairly porud of what i can lift ( 225 Bench Press). Im extremely strong but not very ripped&#8230; I use to do alot of cardio perhaps like three-5 times a week but now I do alsmot nothing, the only cardio I do is about 30-60 minutes of swimming since I&#8217;m taking a lifeguarding class and I want to incorporate far more cardio&#8230;anyway my question is how a lot more cardio should i incorporate?? The intesnstity? Duration? and Frequency? and How lengthy will it take for me to lose about 20 lbs.? &#8230;.Thanks!!</p>

<p><i>Answer by Annabelle</i><br/>3-4 days a week, do low impact high intensity cardio (interval training) for about 10-15mins, thats all you need to have, do them after your weight lifting shedule, although not each day, you require rest day in-between.<br />
Stationary cycling, skipping or jogging/operating is extremely excellent<br />
Function-out quick/solid for 1-2mins then slow down for 1 min, then repeat going rapidly for 1-two mins, then slow down for 1 min and so on&#8230;..<br />
Diet is 75% of your weight loss good results, so eat excellent food, no processed foods such as fried, packaged, take-aways, cakes biscuits, pastries and so on&#8230;.

If you have snow where you are , try cross country skiing , fantastic cardio and all body workout . If none of the above suit your fancy , get yourself a punching bag and hit away , one far more way for a cardio workout.<br />
 There are so a lot of techniques , even having sex , that by far is the Finest way. </p>

I joined a gym today and after ten minutes of jogging on the treadmill, I was physically sick. I was nauseas and I began to cold sweat&#8230; it literally took me 5 minutes for my heart rate to return to typical&#8230;then I was faint and dizzy.<br />
My trainer thinks it is due to my lack of training, which I am not positive about as I do salsa and tons of pilates. I nevertheless have a cardiac arrythmia and am asthmatic&#8230; my physician thinks that it is not life threatening&#8230;but if my heart or respirtory problems are the cause of my issue with cardio&#8230; how can I control it?<br />
well i was pulled out of physical education class in 8th grade.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People who have psoriasis and  hypertension are more likely to have more severe high blood pressure,  requiring more <a href="http://www.nordmed.com">medications</a> to control it, a new study suggests.</p>
<p>About 4 percent of the U.S. population has psoriasis, which causes  itchy, thickened, dry, red patches on the skin.</p>
<p>Researchers from the University of California, Davis Health System  examined 835 patients who had psoriasis and hypertension. Their cases were  compared with more than 2,400 people who had hypertension but not  psoriasis.</p>
<p>The patients with psoriasis were more likely to need the highest level  of blood pressure treatment, which relies on a central-acting agent (also  known as adrenergic inhibitors) that&#8217;s used in people whose high blood  pressure can&#8217;t be controlled with conventional medications.</p>
<p>Hypertensive patients with psoriasis were also nearly 20 times more  likely to be on four drugs or on a central-acting agent than hypertensive  patients without psoriasis.</p>
<p>The study is published online in <em>PLoS One</em>.</p>
<p>The study&#8217;s authors noted the findings were significant even after  other risk factors associated with hypertension, including diabetes,  smoking and high cholesterol, were taken into account. The researchers  also pointed out it is unlikely that drugs used to treat psoriasis are  responsible for the increased severity of hypertension.</p>
<p>&#8220;Our study makes a strong case that psoriasis is not just a skin-deep  disease,&#8221; said lead study author Dr. April W. Armstrong, UC Davis  assistant clinical professor of dermatology, in a university news release.  &#8220;We are beginning to find that psoriasis may represent a window into  detecting cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension.&#8221;</p>
<p>Armstrong added that the findings may alert physicians who treat  hypertension, a risk factor for heart disease and stroke. &#8220;Hypertensive  patients who also have psoriasis are likely to need closer monitoring and  a more aggressive drug regimen to achieve adequate blood-pressure  control,&#8221; she said.</p>
<p>Over the past four decades, researchers have developed several theories  to explain the link between psoriasis and hypertension, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>People with psoriasis may be more likely to develop constricted blood  vessels, which increases blood pressure.</li>
<li>Patients with psoriasis have elevated levels of a protein produced by  skin cells (endothelin I), which constricts blood vessels and increases  blood pressure.</li>
<li>As an inflammatory disease, psoriasis can result in damage to blood  vessels and the heart.</li>
</ul>
<p>&#8220;Our understanding of psoriasis as a systemic disease is rapidly  evolving,&#8221; concluded Armstrong. &#8220;A better appreciation of the other  conditions that tend to accompany psoriasis could potentially drive our  therapy of the disease in the future.&#8221;</p>
<p>While the new study found an association between psoriasis and <a href="http://www.drugs-prescription.org/index.php?p=search&amp;categoryId=5">high  blood pressure</a>, it did not demonstrate a cause-and-effect.</p>
