Question by : When does weight loss commence to turn into noticeable on a 500 calorie or much less diet program?
I know it really is bad. I have even seen a nutritionist about the dangers of it. But I am 5’4 and 115 pounds. I know it really is not over weight but it really is a small pudgy and the place I work at demands me to be really thin I know sucks :/ anyways can you please tell me when the weight loss will start to turn into noticeable? You really should eat much more calories and just try exercising/ running. It ought to be simple to loose a few lbs with just a small exersice a day. When you dont eat adequate your metabolism does not kick in which in turn you will not loose weight.

    Im doing a similar diet. I’m guessing around 1.5 pounds per week. I know u should see results fast,
    if you stick to it. Eat something very small for breakfast to start your metabolism like a cup of juice or a low carb. granola bar…etc. Let me know how it goes for you.
